Single transitional provision. Authorization for leasing of vehicles with an existing driver upon entry into force of this royal decree-law or whose applications were pending resolution. 1. The authorizations of leasing of vehicles with driver existing at the entry into force of this royal decree-law shall be subject, during the four years following that date, to the following regime: a) Notwithstanding the provisions of article 91.1 of the Law 16/1987, of July 30, on Land Transport Planning, its owners may continue to provide urban protection services. b) Notwithstanding the provisions of article 91.2 of Law 16/1987, of July 30, on Land Transportation Planning, they will continue to be able to perform services without limitation due to their origin, provided that the vehicles that develop that activity They are usually used to provide services to meet needs related to the territory of the autonomous community in which the authorization is domiciled.
